Terms and Conditions

Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding with your tour registration and signing this document. This agreement has legal consequences and will affect your legal rights, limiting or eliminating your ability to take future legal action related to the Tour.

1. Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk.

The Tour and other associated activities take place indoors and outdoors and are part of an enotourism experience that brings individuals and groups into contact with nature and involves activities such as vineyard walks. However, during your stay and the tours, situations beyond our control may arise, such as extreme weather conditions, animal bites, winding and slippery paths, as well as accidents and unforeseen events.

During the Tour, it is clear to me that the Company is not responsible for any eventuality that may occur to me, such as falls, slips, adverse weather conditions, animal bites, loss or damage to personal items, etc. I authorize the Company to modify the activity program for my safety when situations beyond its control arise.

I am fully aware that participating in the Tour involves a risk of accidents and/or injuries, and I therefore agree to assume full responsibility and risk for any injury that may result from my participation in the Tour.

I declare that I understand and accept the following requirements associated with the Tour:

• Follow the guides’ instructions throughout the Tour.
• Report any physical, psychological illness, or health problems before starting the Tour (allergies, asthma, vertigo, heart problems, diabetes, etc.).
• Be in appropriate physical condition for the activity.
• Accept any program modification due to severe weather conditions, accidents, or unforeseen events to ensure the safety of all participants.
  · Understand that the activity to be carried out may involve risk.
• If the group leader determines that a participant is under the influence of alcohol and poses a danger to themselves or others, they may be excluded from the Tour or the next stage without the right to claim or financial compensation.
• As a responsible tourist, I commit to not endangering my physical integrity or that of the group, and to follow the instructions of the guide and Company personnel for my own safety.
